Colombia - October 1-9, 2025. This bird adventure is offered starting at $4,525 per person, including airfare and accommodations. See the full trip information and itinerary here. With over 1,900 avian species — more than any other country in the world — Colombia is a birder’s paradise waiting to be discovered. This 9-day program focuses on the country’s northern highlights, including the Caribbean region and the Santa Marta Mountains, famed for their high level of endemic species. Explore high elevation mountains, dry forest, and coastal habitats in search of an array of tropical avifauna, including flycatchers, hummingbirds, tanagers, toucans, and more.
TRIP IS FULL - Newfoundland: The Avalon and Bonavista Peninsulas July 5-12. This week-long tour will start in Newfoundland's largest and most colorful city, St. John's. We will explore coastal sites along the famed "Irish Loop." Then we head to the Bonavista peninsula and Terra Nova National Park. We will tour birding sites in the North Atlantic on a boat cruise and keep an eye out for puffins. On our way back to St. John's, we will stop at multiple provincial parks. This tour bundles natural beauty, awesome birding opportunities, and amazing cultural sites.
TRIP IS FULL - Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone - June 14-19. Travel with ASWP for an exploration of the birds, scenery, and natural history of Wyoming. Jackson Lake Lodge serves as the home-base for a memorable stay among the birds and wildlife of the Grand Tetons. This trip is timed for when wildflowers are blooming, birds are singing, and newborn wildlife abound. This tour offers you the flexibility to choose how much birding you do. Optional excursions will be offered throughout the day with opportunities to view the park’s birds and wildlife. These hikes will be planned according to recent sightings and trail conditions. We'll also spend a day in Yellowstone!
